How can I check the status of my Cancellation? Didn't receive confirmation

Hello, I called on the 2nd of August to cancel my internet contract. Cancelation was confirmed during the call however I have not received any confirmation by email as agreed. Cannot find updates or followup in My KPN account either. How could I get a confirmation? How long should it take? Thank you :)
