How can I contact KPN from abroad after cancelling my subscription?

I have canceled my account with KPN after years of not getting the services I paid for (ability to call, surf and send messages). 

I have also sent in a klacht to get money back for not receiving the services I paid for.  Bur i can't get in contact with KPN since I can only book calls and they can't call abroad numbers. And I don't have an NL number since I cancelled KPN number due to paying for nothing. 

I am getting insanely tired with this to be honest and I'm not sure how a company can be this bad and still exist. 

Are you (KPN) making it hard for customers so that we end up giving up and you will just get our money?
