How can I end my contract?

I would like to end my contract and KPN is not letting me do it, please end my contract guys, i am leaving the country

How are you trying to end your contract, did you fill in the emigration form and provided the proof that you are emigrating?

If you did that, what is the reason they give you for not ending the contract?
