How can i find my customer number?

Hello,

 

I’ve recently bought KPN wifi & tv a few days ago and have been trying to link the order to my KPN ID to track the status of it. The problem is, I cannot find my KPN customer number, on the contract it is only the order number and since it’s my first month, I don’t have an invoice yet. 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

​@pho_ga , After my own order in 2023, I received a separate e-mail “Information about your order” including the customer number. This came in 5 minutes after the initial “Thank you for your order” e-mail. You could check your spambox to see if it ended up in there.

Also, You should get a confirmation by e-mail or letter within 5 working days, see here: https://www.kpn.com/welkom.

You can also give them a call and they'll probably help you out.

    Hi ​@pho_ga, welcome! Hero is on the right track here, you should have mail with your customer number. If, however, you cannot find it, you an always have one of my colleagues check. This can be done via our call me now/later option, of via one of our socials (Facebook / X).
