I received the voucher code for my game console via email and the instructions tell me to add the console to my cart on the web store and use the provided code. The issue is that this is not possible on the website. I can only add a console if I sign up for internet and TV as if I’m starting a new bundle altogether, which I will not be doing. How am I supposed to redeem this code? At the moment it appears KPN has pulled a bait and switch on me to trick me into signing up with no intention of following through with their end of the agreement. Furthermore the expiration date for the code is dated a month ago despite receiving the code today.
