I can't track my package

I have the same issue. I was given a tracking number and postcode but they are not valid with PostNL or DHL or any other service I tried. It has been 9 days since the date indicated in the KPN text message claimed the delivery would occur. I went to the pick-up point listed and they had no packages for me. What is going on and why is my device not being shipped? Why is the tracking order number bogus? I do not want to re order and get charged on my next invoice (again) when I have received no devices or proof of my order besides the useless email and text message.

What did you order precisely? A phone or smartwatch? And is this in combination with a subscription?
