I cancelled my subscription in May, and still getting charged

Hi,

I’ve cancelled my service about two months ago, but still getting charged. Can you help me to stop it?

Hi @Reza1989, welcome to the community. As Glille said, after cancellling the subscription you whould receive an email telling you the details of the cancellation. Did you get that? If not, it hasn't been cancelled yet. It's best to call us at 0800-0402, so the department that deals with the contracts can take a look at it. Via the community we do not have the option to do so.

If you terminate a contract you will get an email in which date it wil be ended. Did you receive that email? En what date did it ended?
