I haven't received my Coolblue card yet

Although more than 14 days passed since I signed my extension, I did not received the Coolblue card  that was mentioned in the contract. What should I do?

Hi Alex! When did you place the order exactly? Due to the large amount of orders we add three days as an additional buffer. Did you receive the card in the end?
