I'm still being invoiced after a cancellation due to emigration

Hi,

I have submitted a subscription cancellation ask on 1/14 2025. And received the submit confirmation email “Gegevens opzegging emigratie”

 

But

  1. I still am fully charged on Jan 2025.
  2. I got an fully charged invoice on Feb.

I currently not able to call KPN since I’m in the US now.

I wonder if KPN can kindly solve this issue.

 

Let me know how can I provide more personal details to help us overcome this problem.

Odd that you’re still receiving invoices when the subscription has been cancelled. 😕 Normally the one from February could be the end invoice, where we'll also return any costs that you paid in advance. 
However, I understand that's not the case here. In this situation you can contact us on FacebookX or Instagram.
My colleagues there are able to cancel subscriptions as well, so through those channels you should be able to get this sorted!
