I moved out of the country, but my subscription hasn't ended yet

This is unacceptable i left the country in beginning of January and i filled the form to end the subscription because i went back to my home country i even sent by email that i want to end the subscription attached to it my flight ticket back home my disregistration with the municipality and my enrollement with the my univeraity in Lebanon. I called many times and talked to KPN employees but they only keep on telling me to wait they are rude and not helping me i already payed the invoice in February and now i have to pay a new one. This is really unacceptable! In addition i try calling on all the numbers listed including 08000402 and sending emails and i get no answer this is not normal and not professional at all!!!!

Hi ​@Mia alsaidi and welcome to our KPN Community. I'm glad you created a topic for this as I can imagine the frustration at your subscription not having been terminated yet despite you requesting it to. I'm sorry you haven't heard back from us yet regarding this. 

When it comes to emigration, we have an explanation on how to arrange cancelling your KPN subscription because of emigration on our website (I am also mentioning this for possible future readers of this topic). 
There, we have a form for cancelling your subscription because of emigration. That's the form you filled in as well? You should hear back from us regarding this within 2 weeks at the latest. If that's the form you filled out and you haven't heard back yet then it's clear we dropped the ball here. Is there also no e-mail in your spam folder possibly?

If not, could you fill out your community profile with: 

  • Your (Dutch) postal code and house number
  • The last 3 digits of the IBAN known to us (under ‘persoonlijke opmerkingen’) or your date of birth

Then I'll be able to check what's happened and can inform you on how to proceed. Thank you for your patience in this and apologies for the lack of communication on our end!
