I paid the same invoice twice

Hello, 

 

My name is Spiros, client number ***********.

 

I paid my 1st invoice on 03/04 transferring the amount to your bank account.

 

Today 07/04 I got charged via direct debit again for the same invoice.


Could you call me or advise how we can sort this out ?

If a duplicate payment has been made, the KPN system will normally recognise this and refund the undue amount within 14 days (10 working days).
