I received a package with a new adapter that I did not order

Hello,

 

I received a package from KPN containing a new adapter for my KPN Box. However, I did not order it and I’m unsure why I received it. It also looks exactly the same as the one I already have, so I believe there may have been a mistake.

Hi ​@AlperB, welcome to our community! There is a range of power adapters that might give issues. It might be possible we sent you a new one. You can recognise these by their model numbers.
