I received the wrong PS5 (Digital instead of Slim Digital). How do I get the correct one?

I finally received the PS5 yesterday, but it is the wrong model! I cannot attach an external disk drive to this model. Of the 5 models from PS5 - disk, slim, slim disk, digital and pro, got the ONLY model that cannot support disk (even with external drive!)

This is really unfortunate and wanted to see if there was ANY possible option, since it I remember correctly the welcome offer had PS5 slim digital in the T&Cs 

EDIT: I am confused now since when searching on the internet, it says I might actually have a PS5 SLIM DIGITAL after all, since there is a partition on the image on the outer cover, and original PS5 digital didn't have that partition. I was confused since the packaging didn't mention 'Slim' anywhere. Sony should really work on their product branding😅

Would appreciate if anyone could help with a way to confirm the model without opening the packaging
