I would like to cancel my order

Dear KPN Customer Service,

I recently signed up for a new mobile subscription with KPN under order number S7581078 . However, my current Vodafone contract is still active until March, and my KPN SIM card has not been activated yet.

I would like to cancel my contract, as I understand that the 14-day cancellation period should start from the activation date, not from the order date. However, when I contacted customer service, I was informed that cancellation is no longer possible.

Could you please clarify this situation and assist me in canceling my contract? 

I look forward to your prompt response.

What is the reason for cancelling the KPN contract?
Do you want to transfer your number from Vodafone to the new KPN contract? Did you request this when you applied for the KPN subscription? This transfer will happen automatically after the contract with Vodafone ends in March. Then the contract with KPN will start.

Call immediately within the 14 days notice period the customer service with the toll-free number of KPN 0800 0402 Available on: Mon-Fri between 08:00 - 18:00, Sat. 08:00 - 17:00.

Closed on Sundays and public holidays

You can also make a calling-appointment yourself,

KPN will then call you immediately, or at a time that suits you.

Hi,

The reason I decided to buy cellphone but I need to wait after couple months when I start to use kpn, the customer service told me it is better to buy together.  The answer is Yes for your question. I already applied for the KPN subscription they gave me the Sim. And I will start to use in March.

But right now I want to cancel.

When you order a subscription from KPN together with a cell phone the subscription starts later, but the phone (when in stock) will be delivered directly. You can use this phone during the remaining period with Vodafone, just place the VF sim card in the phone. In March you switch to the KPN sim.

What I didnt understand why I can not cancel now. I havent start to use Kpn. I dont know their service is good or not?  The customer service saying to me you should canceled after 14 days when you buy, not after when you start to use. This is not logic.
