Incorrect Invoice because of a cancellation fee

I received a invoice on 8th May from KPN which has incorrect huge amount in it. I cancelled the KPN Subscription based changed terms , so why I am receiving an cancellation fee?  I spoke to the customer service, they understood the issue and promised to call me back . Now I am waiting for more than a week without any call yet. Hope you look into this matter seriously. Note , I will not be paying the invoice and take this matter legally.

Hello Harish that's most unfortunate. Did you receive a written conformation that you could cancel your subscription without a termination fee? Than there are three options to cancel the subscription:

  • You can cancel through MijnKPN
  • You can transfer to another provider
  • Or you can cancel through customer support

I would advise you to contact customer support again so my colleagues can investigate the matter further. I can't cancel your contract in my role as moderator of the KPN Community
