Invoice paid twice by mistake, how do I get a refund?

I seem to have paid an invoice twice, once by bank transfer and again with the KPN link sent.

How do I get a refund?

When a double payment has been made to KPN, their system will recognize this and refund the undue amount automatically within 14 days at the latest.
