Is it possible to change delivery address for my new phone?

I understand you are excited to receive your new phone. Unfortunately, we cannot send your new phone to an address other than the address that's known to us, the one that's in your contract. So I do hope someone is home to receive your new phone for you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to tell you when you will receive your phone, here on the Community. We advise you to keep check on status of your order via MijnKPN.

As for your second question: Is it a new contract? Then you will have to be present. If it's a renewal of your contract, then someone else may be able to receive your package.

Oh okay that's unfortunate, because it's a new contract. Or can I redirect the phone to a postnl pickup place? Or is there paper I can sign so someone else can receive the package with my approval?

Ah, as it is a new contract, you will have to be home. It is not PostNL that will drop off your new phone, but another courier. You will also have to pay at least 1 cent (or whatever you have to pay as a one time fee for your phone) at the door before the courier can deliver your new phone.

If you are not present to receive your new phone, then the contract will indeed be cancelled.

You could go to a KPN Store afterwards, to get a new contract. You might be able to leave the store with your new phone, then. But only if the store has your phone in stock. If they don't, the phone will be sent to you in the same way as your current order.
