KPN broke the promise to not charge activation costs

When I bought my internet subscription I have promised that there were no activation costs, but KPN charged it anyway. How can I ask for a reimbursement?

Then you have to contact KPN yourself.
The fastest way is to call the free number 0800 0402

Closed on Sundays and public holidays
