KPN keeps sending the same e-mail every day

Thanks for reaching out. It definitely isn’t the plan to bombard you every hour at exactly 17 past, so I can imagine this is getting a bit old by now.

I’d like to look into this for you. Could you let me know what the actual status of your fiber installation is? For example, has there already been an appointment, or have you been told that a connection in your apartment isn’t possible?

With that info I can check what’s triggering these emails and how to stop them.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. According to the email fibre connection will not be possible in my apartment. I already have wifi thats working just fine so that’s no problem. 

If you’re still receiving the e-mails today, can you please post a screenshot here with the content of this email? And can you please update your profiel and give me a heads up if you’ve done so?
