KPN still hasn't cancelled my subscription after calling and sending an e-mail

I’ve already notified KPN that I want to terminate my contract because they can’t provide internet in my new address. After calling customer service they told me to send an email to opzeggen@kpn.com with my data and documents, which I did, but two weeks has already passed and the only reply that I received was an automated one, and still no cancellation. Is there anything I can do?

I’m sorry to hear that you have not received a confirmation yet, even though you sent everything correctly. I understand that you want clarity about this.

If you received an automatic confirmation email, then your message has arrived safely. However, waiting two weeks without a personal response is quite long. Unfortunately, I cannot help you directly with this from the Community.

The best thing to do is to contact customer service again. It is helpful to schedule a callback appointment. Tell them that you already sent an email to opzeggen@kpn.com, but that you have not received a response yet. They can then check this for you.

Hi ​@Vikash van KPN, thank you for your response. I have contacted customer service again, and they informed me that I need to wait another week for the cancellation to be processed. The saga continues 🙃
