I am writing to request assistance with updating my address in your system.

  • On August 13th, I requested to move my home internet (Fiber glass) to my new address.
  • On September 28th, a technician visited my new address and successfully installed internet here (Fiber glass), since that day internet is working perfectly.
  • However, as of today, my internet connection is still linked to my former address. 

On October 3rd, I received an email from KPN estating that I might lose my Mobile discount benefits because my Mobile billing address and my Internet billing address is not the same. I have called multiple times to the customer service to request the change of my Internet address to my new address but they say the cannot help me.

Why is so difficult?

Hi @jmm1577. How annoying that your benefits will be canceled because your data is not correct in our systems. Would you like to leave your name, zip code, house number, customer number and mobile telephone number in the KPN Forum profile? And will you leave a message in this topic after you have done this?
