Moving out of current appartment, what to do with KPN subscription?

I’m moving out of my rental apartment on June 30. Canceling contracts with electricity and heating providers was literally done in a few clicks. With KPN, there’s no coherent answer anywhere on the website. The only options are:

  1. What’s your new address (what do you think?? I DON’T KNOW YET)
  2. Are you going to live together (what????)
  3. Emigrate

Does KPN not understand that sometimes people just… move, because their landlord no longer rents the apartment? What am I missing here?? 

What should I do before moving out on June 30? Why do you make this so hard?

Hi ​@nikitap, having to leave your apartment like that sounds like it causes enough stress aas it is. there are more options than those 3. I don't know your situation, but if you're moving you can move the subscription with you to the new location: Verhuizing doorgeven. The page is in Dutch, but with Translate it should be readable in English.

If you'removing to a location where KPN is not available (for example), you can use this page to ask for a cancellation: Abonnement opzeggen? This page is also in Dutch, but Translate will help. When you click Internet as the package to cancel, it shows 7 options. There should be an option there that aplies to you.

    Well, we really can not have you a good answery unless you give more information. What do you want / expect from KPN? Do you want to abort the contract, put it on hold, or what is it you want?

    ​@Jasper van KPN As ​@nikitap already wrote, his landlord has cancelled the apartment rent. When he can't find a apartment so quickly, he is practically homeless. Even when he can stay temporarily with relatives or friends, this address is not suitable to move his internet subscription. He asks if there is another way to cancel the internet subscription besides the 3 options, for example for homeless people.
