My credit note has still not been processed

I called many time for the Credit note that they made for my account , after callingĀ each time they are saying that someone will call you ...no call revived and after calling again to support team they told me that money will be adjusted to my monthly billing but nothing happened. Everything is working same. I am so frusted calling again and again and with no resolution.
