New address and information request about the end of the contract

Dear KPN Customer Service,

My name is Klaudia R., and I currently have a contract with KPN for cable TV and WiFi.

I would like to inform you that I am moving to a new address as of March 6. My new address will be:

xxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxx


I kindly ask you to update my address in your system and let me know what steps I need to take to transfer my services to the new location.

Additionally, I believe my contract may be ending soon. Could you please confirm the end date of my current contract and provide instructions on what I should do next?

Hello ​@Klaudia12, welcome to our online community. Congratz with your new home. I understand you want to move your KPN internet and tv to this new home as well. For moving your internet and tv subscription, there is a special department within de customer service. You can call this department by calling 0800-0402 and say that you want to move your subscription.
