No refund yet after ending subscription

Hello,

 

I ended my subscription at end of January and it took effect on 28th of February. Regardless of the ending subscription, I was charged in March and kpn stated that I would receive the money in April. By 10th of April I didn't get the money back for March. I called again the customer service and apparently some corrections was made and it was claimed that within five working days I would receive my money back. It didn't happen. I would like to have a proof that some has been done and I want my money back otherwise I will have take serious measures
