No response for cancellation of contract due to emigration

hello, i have been trying to cancel my phone contract since the 28th of june. i have submitted the request to cancel as i have emigrated from the netherlands permanently, and after almost a month i have received no response. i need the number and contract CANCELLED as soon as possible. this is unacceptable. it is also extremely inconvenient that you are basically only reachable by phone calls, as many cannot contact by phone.

To cancel your mobile subscription when emigrating abroad, please use a special online form on the KPN website.

Complete the online form in full, including the requested documents (which you can upload to the form), and then submit it online.
You will receive confirmation within a week, along with a date on which your mobile subscription will terminate.

You cannot cancel your mobile subscription through the KPN community; you must do so using the online form.

If you have any questions about your emigration and cancellation, please call KPN customer service.

hi, the problem is i have completed the form already. i received an email saying i will receive confirmation within 14 days and it has been way longer than that already.

Thank you for your quick response.

In this case, it's best to contact KPN customer service by phone at +31612001200.

After the voice response asks why you're calling, leave the following message: "I want to speak to a representative." Cancel after the second question.

The representative you reach can then check the status of your cancellation due to emigration.
The representative can also tell you more about the termination date of your subscription.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible through the KPN community, so you'll really need to pick up your phone.

I hope you will soon receive clarity about your cancellation.
