I have the same problem with KPN right now. Also offered a nice price but on the confirmation-email i got the price was not as advertised. Asked the sales-representative the same day i got the confirmation by e-mail and he told me everthing is in order and the old price would be valid for another year and that there in a typo in the confirmation (typo was 2023 insted of 2024).
They cannot revert it and the won’t revert it. So only option is to pay more of search for another provider that does offer a good price.
Now they send me an invoice with the higher price anyway so that’s going to get nasty anyway. I’m not paying 1 euro more. I will pay what was advertised at the moment and what the first sales-representative told me. Lucky me they cancelled the new yearly contract so that i could get out of here.
