Online aankopen but I didn't buy anything

Hello, I got an additional payment of 2.5 euros for Online aankopen, but I did not buy anything!!! What is this extra charge for?

Hi @Kyrylo, welcome to our forum. That is a good question. Didn't the invoice specify what it was for?

It is usually specified in the specificaton on the invoice. Does that possibly clear things up?
