Phillips Ambilight TV does not have Ambilight and there are weird colours on the screen

Hi ​@Moayad Ashabi and welcome to our KPN Community. I'm sorry to hear that the TV isn't working as it's supposed to. 

There should be a letter that was delivered along with the box that explains how the warranty works and who to contact if there are any issues. 
In most cases this is handled by our partner available on 088 - 62 37 006 Monday - Friday 9:00 - 18:00. 

They should be able to help you with this and hopefully it will be resolved quickly!
