Question about the contract termination cost

Hi team,

 

I just wanted to check that if I terminate my contract on 1 August 2024, what would be the cancellation fee I have to pay?

 

My contract end date is 17-06-2025.

Oh apologies @biff , I completely misread your initial message. I thought you meant 17-06-2024 as the end date for your contract.

The cancellation Fee when you are still within your contract is equal to the subscription fee of the remaining period until the end of your contract

    Hi @biff, welcome to our community!

    You only get a cancellation fee if you cancel within your contract or one month cancellation period. In your case there should be no fee as long as you cancel before the first of July
    To cancel your subscription you can contact us by phone on 0800-0402

    for anyone ending up on this page with a google search, KPN asked me to pay 90% of the remaining contract duration to cancel. remember this before signing up for a long term contract. looks like i will stick to KPN for a long while :)
