I’ve received the following email, is it possible to extend my subscription for another year to get a new discount (or any other campaigns that I can participate), or was that a one-time favour for new customers?

“You have received a discount on Hussel Internet 200 Mbit/s. This discount is about to expire. We will let you know in advance so that there are no surprises.”

Normally KPN doesn't do that but sometimes you can get a discount if you contact KPN customer service 0800-0402.

Maybe you get lucky and get an additional discount period.


Hi @nrls, normally that is not possible as GeSp already mentioned. It is a one time discount for new customers.
