Received Philips Ambilight Television with broken the screen

Dear KPN,

Its Really a big disappointment for us today that we received Philips Ambilight TV which has physical damage after lots of followups. I am not sure about the physical damage. is it during the transportation with Post.nl or during the manufacturing unit.

Kindly let me know the procedure for another new television with good working condition for this damaged tv by replacing it.

Welcome to the community ​@Anand Kumar. That tv doesn't look good at all! As huistijger mentioned, our partner manages situations like this. We don't have options for that on our end. I hope you managed to contact them and it gets resolved.

Hello Jasper, Huistijger,

connected with Sidekix team for the damaged shipments and they asked me to resend back to them through post.nl. Hence looking for the new one without have any issues :)

hopefully waiting for the reply from the Sidekix.

Indeed that the sound seems good for promising. Unfortunately, i have return back the damaged Television back to KPN on Jan 21st, 2025 by Post.nl. but till the moment it not reached to KPN yet. 

Also Sidekix conveying that after received the damaged product, they will check for the new shipment. totally its very lengthy time taken process and am highly disappointing on the process.

i have shared the shipping label and tracking details with Sidekix. i dont have confident on getting the new television from Sidekix again.

Oh yes, it will definitely work out fine, you are not the only customer, so just be patient and you will see that things will go well.
