Regular rate billed instead of promotional fee

Hello, I am a new customer, my first invoice should have been 35 euros (9 months), but I was billed 52 euros without a discount. I would like your help.

Hi @Eniy, welcome! On the second page of the invoice, you should see what the ‘problem’ is. I think you are being billed for more than one month, but probably for about one and a half. Could you check the dates? If this is not the case, could you share a screenshot from the second page of the invoice? The community will help you solve this mystery!

Hi @Eniy, thanks! The discount seems to be missing. Is the discount registered on your ‘bevestiging’/order confirmation? If so: could you please call us via 0800-0402 tommorrow between 8 and 17 hours? My colleagues will look into it! Something doesn't seem right!
