Subscription finished months ago, why am I not getting a new offer?

Hi, 

 

My subscription with KPN ended in July. Am I free to move to another provider or can I use other offers from KPN? I pay over 60€ / month while new and better offers are half priced. Why no one from KPN reaching out to me with better offers?

For renewal of your home subscription you can't use the discount for New clients.

You already have Hussel so not much advantage to renew this. 

Then it would be internet 50 Mb/s €44, kpn tv basic €10, home phone €2.

My subscription runs from 2011 now. For me changing is unfavorable. 

And

After the first year your subscription can stop with one month ending time. Also when you change provider.
