Termination of contract while living in country abroad

How to terminate the contract. I don't know with whom it was concluded. I only know the customer's number. I have not lived at the given address for two years. I have so far paid the subscription for some friends who stayed at the given address. Now the friends are moving from there. How to solve this problem?
