The cost of installation is doubled on my invoice

good afternoon, I received the invoice for my monthly subscription plus installation. Unluckily the cost for installation (105 euro) has been counted twice. Could you please let me know who can solve this problem? thank you

The easiest way is to call us. Could and would you please get in touch with us? Our number, free of charge, is 0800 0402. You can reach us Monday till Friday from 08.00 to 18.00 uur. Saturday 08.00 to 17:00.
