The monthly invoice is incorrect

Dear KPN Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently noticed some inconsistencies in the billing for my renewed 2025 subscription plan. My understanding and agreement was that the agreed monthly fee would be €35. However, since the start of the year, I’ve been charged €74 per month, and from February onwards, the amount has been reduced to €65.

Unfortunately, I did not catch this discrepancy earlier via my app’s credit overview. I acknowledge that oversight on my part, but I would greatly appreciate your support in reviewing my contract and clarifying the correct monthly amount.

This subscription was renewed following a previous 2-year contract. Could you please advise the best way to resolve this issue?

I recommend contacting our customer service team. You can arrange a callback appointment with them. They will review your subscription and charges carefully, explain the situation, and arrange a refund if you have been overcharged.
