Warranty for promotion device (Pixel Watch 3)

Hi Everyone! When I purchased a Google Pixel 10 Pro device from KPN, I have received a promotion device as a gift (Pixel Watch 3). I wanted to give this to my son, but unfortunately he is not interested and everyone else has a smartwatch in the family - so I am trying to sell it.

For this, it is important to now, what are the warranty conditions for the watch? I haven’t received any invoice from KPN. How can I prove the date of “purchase” and what is the process of warranty claim? thanks!

Hi @HBalazs warranty goes directly through google in this case. The document you need for this is the accompanying letter from the delivery of the watch

Thanks a lot, Thomas! In the meantime I managed to register the watch (with the serial number) and it indeed states further 23 months of warranty.

Which letter are you referring to? In the delivery package, I only received the device itself.

Thanks

In my documentation it says this is usually a letter that comes with the device but I guess it could be an e-mail as well
