We received out internet package but didn't receive the tv yet

Hi,

We received the KPN package and a technician came and installed it but we didn’t receive a TV. When will we get the TV?

Hi @Amir Amirimehr! You will receive the tv shortly after your connection will have gone live. You`ll receive an e-mail with a Track and Trace code.
