Welcome gift (iPad) not received, 20 days after activation date

Hi KPN Support 👋

I switched to KPN Fiber on 2 September 2025.

The welcome email said the welcome gift (iPad) would be shipped automatically after the 14-day trial.

I still haven’t received any update or tracking code (20 days later).

Could you please check the status of its delivery? Let me know if you need any details.

Hi ​@Ciprian C, welcome to our community! I'm glad the iPad is on it's way at least. I'm not sure what's going on with the versions you're seeing. Which one did you eventually receive? I'm assuming you should get it today.

I just received an email with the tracking code for my welcome gift, but it seems to be the wrong version (old one, 64GB).

The actual promo clearly specified that the welcome gift was the newer version of the tablet (256GB with A16-chip).

Can you please check what’s the reason for the discrepancy, and if the correct promo was applied in my case?
