Welcome gift is broken, where can I send the tracking code?

I contacted your customer service team to report a broken welcome gift that I received from KPN. As per your instructions, I am preparing to send the package to the KPN address provided and would like to inform KPN about the parcel barcode as requested.

Could you please provide me with the appropriate email address where I can explain the issue further and include the parcel barcode for your reference? Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Have you contacted SideKix? They are the partner of KPN who are responsible for warrant claims of welcome gifts. 

You can call them on workdays between 0800-2100 at 0886237006.
