I have not received Welcome Gift of Philips smart TV even after 14 days of the activation of the service which was on 12th of July 2023.
After several calls, KPN notified me that I should receive it from day to day from 26 th of July. I also tried to get the tracking number with no luck. Could you please provide me tracking number of the gift service delivery?
