4Gbit fiber red blinking alarm on NT

Hello KPN, I recently went into Tilburgs location and got myself 4Gbit fiber network which doesn’t start due to red flashing alarm light and I’m unable to reach customer service due to not having Dutch language knowledge and the automated bot only speaks Dutch. 
I’ve tried restarting it, leaving it unplugged in multiple ways and combinations only for alarm to begin blinking. Is there a way to request a technician in the shortest possible time?

When calling 0800-0402 you can just try speaking English to the bot. It will switch to English automatically, or if it doesn't recognize what you're saying as English it will just transfer you to a person after 3 attempts.

Thank you for your message and for explaining the situation so clearly.

For issues like this, especially when there is a red flashing alarm light on the fiber connection, calling our customer service is essential. These types of problems usually require direct checks and, if needed, scheduling a technician. Unfortunately, this cannot be arranged via the Community alone.

You can call KPN customer service at 0800-0402. Even though the automated system starts in Dutch, you can simply speak English. The system will usually switch to English automatically, or it will transfer you to an employee after a few attempts. Our support staff generally speak English and can help you further without any problem.

Once on the phone, they can immediately assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange a technician as quickly as possible.

We understand how frustrating it is when a new connection does not work as expected, and we strongly recommend calling so this can be resolved promptly.
