Last September I made a contract for one year. This month I moved house where they accept only one other internet provider. I need to cancel my subscription with kpn, is that possible? Is there any fee and if it's possible how can I cancel it?

Hello @mariasim, normally you can't just cancel a contract because you move to a new house. In almost every situation a customer moves his/her connection to the new address. In your situation that seems impossible. You can call our customer service to get in touch with the contract department how to cancel your contract in this situation.
