Can the router be delivered to another address and be installed later?

Also, I did put 28 March as my activation date. But later I got confirmation that the activation date will be 25 April. I went to KPN store, they said that people already living in the house are ending their contract on 25 April, so my activation date can’t be 28 March. It must be 25 April onwards.

But I will be shifting to their house on 28 March itself. In this case, will I be able to use their internet with my new modem? And then on 25 April I will switch over to my contract, is it possible?

I can't guarantee that you'd be able to use the connection of the previous tenants and we can't expedite the activation but maybe we can find a temporary solution. If the connection does not work when you move in, could you give us a call on 0800-0402? You can also use the call-back feature on kpn.com/english

Hi, I moved to new house. Previously I applied for activation date as 31 March but it got approved for 25 April. KPN store guy said previous owner already have internet connection and I can use theirs and that's why I can't activate it before 25 April. After moving to new house, I connected the brand new router received at KPN store. I was able to see router name for few minutes but then it disappeared. Now I can't see wifi name in my device. Please help how can I get internet connection? Thank you!

Hi ​@Amaly, thank you for your message! That's a complication, it seems your modem got the wifi settings from the previous tennant. If you have a laptop or computer with a UTP port you could connect to the modem to retreive the password or use the WPS setting but otherwise there's not really a solution for that until the planned activation date. I see you spoke to my colleagues about a temporary emergency connection?
