You have to fill in this form: Emigratie doorgeven. You have to upload a proof of deregistration in our country, date and such an we will contact you to settle it all.

Thanks. But the de-registration document will be given to me only 5 days before my departure. But you want 1 month notice for cancellation. How to deal with this? Will you consider notice period from today for a month? I want to cancel subscriptions from jan 31, 2021 onwards.
+20Do you have other documents you can hand over that will tell you are leaving the country? Maybe something from your employer or something? Or call 0800-0402 and ask for the ‘opzeggingen’ department. They handle all the cancellations.
