Connection drops whenever I try to acces the internet

HI, MY KPN internet connection drops whenever I access the internet. Internet LED on router starts blinking continuously. I restarted the modem and nothing works.

Thanks for the suggestions, issue send to be on the switching unit, it is now fixed
