Cooling off period and welcome gift

Hello,

I have just activated my KPN subscription and I have a console of my choice as a welcome gift. Will I receive the code after 14 days from my activation date or from the delivery date of my modem?

It's 14 days after the activation date and a working internet connection, you will get the mail with the code within 3 working days after that.
