Hi everyone,

I’m beyond frustrated with KPN. Since day one, it’s been nothing but issues—first with transferring my contract from Odido to KPN then mistakes by KPN when placing the order, and now with painfully slow internet speeds.

After finally getting past the initial mess, I was hopeful things would improve. Instead, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of failed fixes. I’ve added two boosters, upgraded my contract to 1 GB, had technicians come over to replace the modem and cables—yet nothing works.

The most infuriating part? When the technician was at my home, the internet speed magically reached close to 1 GB. But just one day later, it tanked back down to a pathetic 170/280 Mbps.

At this point, I’ve had enough. KPN has completely failed to deliver the service I’m paying for, and I see no reason to continue with this nonsense. How do I terminate my contract?

Thanks.

Hi @Nash74 and thanks for your message!

First of all it saddens me to hear that you're so dissapointed in KPN and our services. To terminate your contract you can call the (free) number 0800 0402, that's something we can not help you with via this Community, I'm sorry :( You can also read more about ending your contract on our website.

Concerning your Internet speed; you mentioned that you're currently getting 170/280 Mbit/s. Was this speed measured with a wired connection or via wifi?
