Fiber install not complete in my home

Hello, I am an expat and I need support in English. I received my KPN activation notice today for my apartment at .<address> However, my Nokia box shows a blinking red Alarm light. After inspecting the whole apartment (including the storage/heating closet), I have confirmed that the physical fiber wall bracket (FTU) is completely missing from this apartment. There are only old telephone lines ( which was told initially by a kpn person as optic cable) and standard Ziggo cable ports here.Could a moderator please look at my private profile info and schedule a free installation technician to come pull the line into my home and place the connection bracket? Thank you
